1. General Policy
At Wholesale Global Pet Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality pet products to our commercial partners. Because we operate as a B2B wholesale distributor, our return and refund policy differs from standard consumer policies.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be in new, unopened, and resalable condition with original packaging and labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements.
Opened or used grooming products, hygiene items, or dental chews.
Clearance, discontinued, or “final sale” items.
Custom or private label products.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
We take quality and accuracy seriously. If you receive:
Damaged goods (from transit)
Defective products
Incorrect items (wrong product or quantity)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, photos of the issue (including packaging), and a description to info@wholesaleglobalpet.com
. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no charge.
4. Refunds for Approved Returns
Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product(s) only. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returns due to buyer error (e.g., ordered wrong item, overstock).
Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact our Customer Support at info@wholesaleglobalpet.com with your order number, item list, and reason for return.
Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Package the items securely and ship to the address provided with your RMA.
6. Bulk Order Adjustments
For large-volume orders (full pallets or truckloads), additional conditions may apply. Please contact your sales representative for specific resolution procedures.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Order Acceptance: An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Product Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to commercial addresses within the United States and Canada.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point).
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesale Global Pet Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
